Christmas in Color "12 Days of Giveaways" Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:

The Christmas in Color "12 Days of Giveaways" (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of The United States of America, aged 18 or older, who have a valid Instagram or Facebook account. Employees, officers, and directors of Christmas in Color and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:

A new giveaway will begin at the beginning of each day and close each night at midnight from November 29, 2023 to December 10, 2023 (the "Giveaway Period").

3. How to Enter:

To enter the Giveaway, participants must choose one or more of the following entry methods:

  • Follow @christmas.in.color on Instagram or Facebook (1 entry).

  • Like THIS post (1 entry).

  • Tag a Friend in the comments (1 entry per tag).

  • Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) Share on Your Story: Share THIS post on your Instagram story, making sure to tag us @christmas.in.color (10 entries).

  • Optional way to enter is to purchase a ticket to Christmas in Color using the code 12DAYS. This code will give you a 12% discount and give you 10 entries in that day’s giveaway. (No purchase necessary to enter).

4. Prize Details:

Each day during the Giveaway Period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize from the following list of brands: Ninja, Costo, Minky Couture, Made by Mary, Amazon, Lululemon, Massage Envy, Get Away Today, Clean and Simple Eats, Apple, Pura, and Ice Castles. The total value of prizes awarded each day during the Giveaway will not exceed $600.

5. Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification of Winners:

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or email within 2 days of the end of the Giveaway Period. Winners must respond within 2 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Public Announcement:

Winners' Instagram usernames and names may be publicly announced on [@christmas.in.color]'s Instagram account and mentioned on our emails. 

8. Prize Delivery:

Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 7 days of their confirmation of eligibility. Christmas in Color is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.

9. General Conditions:

  • This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

  • Christmas in Color reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules.

  • Participants may not use multiple Instagram accounts to enter, and any entrant found to do so may be disqualified.

10. Privacy:

Personal information collected for this Giveaway may be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment. For more information on how personal information is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
