• Yes. Simply pick your date, pick your park location and only pay one ticket for the whole car. The number of passengers is entirely up to you!

  • After buying your ticket online, you will get a confirmation email with a barcode and QR code in the email. We’ll scan either code when you arrive and send you into the show!


  • Normal passenger cars, trucks, and vans. We can’t allow vehicles taller than 10’, buses, limos, or trailers.


  • Yes, we recommend buying them ahead of time to ensure your entry.

  • We cannot accommodate consolidating after entering. If you’re planning on joining the experience together as one big group, please consolidate prior to arrival.


  • Please make sure that your vehicle has a working FM radio, you will be provided with a station at the entrance to the show.


  • While we work very hard at keeping wait times to a minimum, attendance does spike on weekends and holidays. We recommend bringing anything to keep the kiddos entertained while you make your way into the show. You can also save time and money by visiting us Monday – Thursday.

  • Yes please! We love it when our guests take pictures and share them with others.  Be sure to capture the magic and tag @christmas.in.color on Instagram.

  • We do not have public restrooms onsite this year.  In the event of an emergency please contact one of our team members on site.

  • Yes! Please head directly to https://www.showclix.com/my-tickets/loginAnd login or create an account to access your tickets. Select the event and the tickets you would like to exchange. Reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Your arrival window is the time you reserved when purchasing the ticket.  For example, should you reserve a 7 to 7:30pm arrival window, you can enter the park any time between 7pm and 7:30pm where our staff will process your ticket to begin your journey.

  • Concessions are available as an add-on option when you are purchasing your ticket. Simply select your snack pack and it will be waiting for you upon arrival. Food and drinks are not sold at the parks.

  • Yes! Group rates are available for groups of 10+ people, corporations, nonprofits, and youth groups. Contact us at hello@christmasincolor.net for more information.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to add your promo code to already purchased tickets. Once you have registered for the event, we can not add the promo code to your order, or refund the difference of the promo code. BUT, this is a great opportunity to sign a friend up using the promo code!
